About My Practice

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, caregiving and parenting stress, grief and relationship challenges. I work with individuals across the lifespan and have extensive experience working with children and families. I have a passion for serving birthing individuals and new parents. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most important mechanisms for change, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into my work. My practice strives to be non-judgmental, culturally responsive and informed by values of feminism and anti-racism.

I recognize that our identities, relationships, systems, and lived experiences all shape our mental health, and I aim to provide care that is inclusive and grounded in respect. My approach to therapy is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping to build psychological flexibility and strengthen connection to their values.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy techniques in my practice. Much of my practice is rooted in attachment theory and draws from Person-Centered Therapy as well. In your first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and will collaborate in establishing treatment goals. During treatment, we will utilize your strengths to build upon your psychological flexibility and to live a more value-driven life.
